Adult Diabetes Education Group

The Adult Diabetes Educational Support Group provides open discussion regarding diabetes health and wellness, and support resources for diabetes patients with a question and answer period with the instructor. This mini series is held on the 2nd Thursday of each month led by instructor Trinidad (TJ) Jasso Jr., BS, RN, Diabetes Educator.

Patients with type 1, type 2, or prediabetes are welcomed to attend with support persons.

No registration required.
