diabetes Self-Management Education Classes

Three sessions accumulating (9) hours of Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) covering diabetes monitoring, management, nutrition, and prevention of complications. DSME classes are offered monthly in both English and Spanish (upon request) by instructor Trinidad Jasso Jr., BS, RN, Diabetes Educator. Please contact us or call 575-522-0289 to register.

Registration is required and support persons are welcome to attend with the patient(s). Class size is limited to 10 persons.

April Classes

1st session: Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

2nd session: Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

3rd session: Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

May Classes

1st session: Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

2nd session: Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
