SNM Diabetes Summit
The Southern New Mexico Diabetes Alliance invites healthcare professionals, community health workers, educators, and partners to the first-ever regional diabetes summit focused on strengthening diabetes prevention, management, and coordinated care across Southern New Mexico.
This half-day conference will bring together clinical and community leaders for practical, evidence-based learning and connection. Attendees will gain tools, strategies, and resources to better support individuals and families living with diabetes in our region.

AMA Designation Statement
Project ECHO® designates this live activity for a maximum of 4.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ . Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
ACPE Designation Statement
This activity will provide pharmacists and pharmacy technicians up to 4.0 contact hours. UAN JA4008231-0000-26-037-L01-P, JA4008231-0000-26-037-L01-T have been assigned to this Knowledge based program. CE credit information, based on verification of live attendance and completion of the program evaluation, will be provided to NABP within 60 days after the activity completion.
ANCC Designation Statement
Project ECHO® designates this live activity for a maximum of 4.0 ANCC contact hours. Nursing contact hours will be awarded for successful completion of program components based upon documented attendance and completion of evaluation.
New Mexico Department of Health - Certified CHW Continuing Education Credits
CHW CEUs approved by DOH-OCHW. This activity will provide Community Health Workers up to 4.0 credits.
