The Southern New Mexico Diabetes Alliance invites healthcare professionals, community health workers, educators, and partners to the first-ever regional diabetes summit focused on strengthening diabetes prevention, management, and coordinated care across Southern New Mexico.
This half-day conference will bring together clinical and community leaders for practical, evidence-based learning and connection. Attendees will gain tools, strategies, and resources to better support individuals and families living with diabetes in our region.

Nutrition strategies and emerging trends in diabetes care, including GLP-1 therapies
Behavioral health approaches and cognitive behavioral techniques to support self-management
Diabetes technology and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
Type 1 diabetes awareness, access, and local support resources
